Booking direct through Viadora gives you access to the best rates available, exclusive perks that may include priority for complimentary upgrades, early check-in and late check-out when available, curated welcome touches, and select direct-booking offers not available on third-party platforms.
Viadora offers a flexible cancellation policy on eligible rates. Reservations canceled 5 or more days before arrival generally incur no charge. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged one night plus applicable taxes, depending on the rate plan booked. Non-refundable rates, promotional offers, and special packages are excluded from this policy.
If a guest does not check in and does not contact Viadora by the check-out time following the first night, the remaining nights of the reservation may be automatically canceled. Additional charges may apply based on the booked rate plan. Group bookings are subject to separate terms.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise noted in your reservation confirmation. If you need early check-in or late check-out, contact the Viadora team in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Before your arrival, you’ll receive detailed check-in instructions by email and/or WhatsApp, including your property address, arrival details, and the best way to access your suite. Depending on the property, check-in may be hosted in person or coordinated remotely by our team for a smooth arrival experience.
